Through the enquiry form: your name, company name, company/VAT number, email address, telephone number, and the details you provide about your expenses (country, approximate VAT amount, number of documents, period, and any free-text message).
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the VAT refund service. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Your consent, given when you submit the form, and — where a contract follows — the performance of that contract.
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for 1 year(s) and are then deleted automatically. Client records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax legislation.
In addition to the email, the enquiry is stored in a protected file on the server as a backup, in case the email is not delivered. This file is not accessible over the internet and is cleared automatically once the period above expires.
We do not sell or rent your data. It may be shared with the tax authorities of the relevant member state where this is necessary to file your claim, and with our hosting and email providers acting as processors on our behalf.
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@easy-vat.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used and where problems occur. Google Analytics sets cookies and transmits data to Google.
These cookies load only after your explicit consent, given through the banner on your first visit. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. Declining has no effect on your use of the site.
We have disabled ad personalisation — the data is used for statistics only, not advertising profiling. IP addresses are anonymised.

The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that distinguishes human visitors from automated requests. When you submit the form, technical information about the request and your IP address are sent to Cloudflare solely for the purpose of preventing abuse. Turnstile does not track your browsing and is not used for advertising.
We also record the number of enquiries submitted over a limited period in order to prevent misuse of the form. The IP address is stored only in irreversibly hashed form.
