These terms govern the use of this website and the VAT refund service provided by Easy Vat EOOD.
Easy Vat EOOD reviews the documents you provide, prepares and submits VAT refund claims in the relevant EU member state, and manages communication with the tax authorities until the claim is settled.
The service is provided solely to businesses — legal entities and sole traders — in connection with their commercial activity. It is not directed at consumers, and consumer protection provisions do not apply.
The specific fees and payment terms are agreed in the contract between Easy Vat EOOD and the client. The package structure published on this website is indicative, provided for general information, and does not constitute a binding offer.
The fee is determined by the VAT amount claimed and the number of documents actually processed, and becomes payable after the refund has been credited to the client's account, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
A change to the prices published on this website does not alter contracts already concluded. The fees under an existing contract remain as agreed in that contract until it is terminated or until an annex is signed by both parties.
You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the documents and company details you provide. Claims may be rejected by the tax authorities where documents do not meet that country's requirements.
Easy Vat EOOD exercises due care in reviewing, preparing and submitting claims, but cannot guarantee the outcome or the timing of a decision by a foreign tax authority. Those decisions are outside the company's control.
The company is not liable for a refund being refused, reduced or delayed where this results from inaccurate, incomplete or non-compliant documents and information provided by the client, or from those being provided late.
The company's liability in respect of any individual claim shall not exceed the fee agreed for that claim.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes that cannot be settled by agreement shall be referred to the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.
If any individual clause is held to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
